Andy brings an unrivalled understanding of Sino-British business relationships to the Chamber International team, having worked for the Hong Kong Government for four years before establishing the hugely-successful Leeds City Council office in Hangzhou. As a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors he also has a wide-ranging knowledge of the property and development sector in the fast-growing Chinese economy.
